Terms & Conditions for Orayan Softwares

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. Course Enrollment & Access

1. Eligibility: You must meet the minimum technical or academic prerequisites specified for each course.
2. License: Upon enrollment, Orayan Softwares grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, educational use only.
3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for our student portal or Learning Management System (LMS).

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including software code, curriculum, videos, and handouts, is the intellectual property of Orayan Softwares.

1. You may not record lectures without written permission.
2. You may not redistribute, sell, or "open source" our proprietary training materials.

4. Computer Lab & Equipment Policy

1. Usage: Lab computers are for academic work only. Users must comply with the Information Technology Act (or relevant local laws).
2. Damage: Students may be held financially liable for intentional damage to hardware (monitors, CPUs, peripherals).
3. Data: The institute is not responsible for data lost due to hardware failure or system resets. Students are encouraged to use cloud storage like Google Drive or Dropbox.

Computer Lab Code of Conduct

Objective: To ensure a safe, productive, and professional environment for all learners.

(i). System & Software Integrity

1. No Unauthorized Installs: Students are strictly prohibited from installing software, browser extensions, or games without instructor approval.
2. Settings Protection: Do not modify system configurations, desktop wallpapers, or administrative settings.
3. Malware Prevention: Do not disable antivirus software. Scanned USB drives are permitted only with faculty permission.

(ii). Ethical Internet Usage

1. Academic Focus: Internet access is provided for research and course-related tasks. Browsing social media, streaming entertainment, or online gaming is prohibited during lab hours.
2. Prohibited Content: Accessing, downloading, or displaying offensive, pornographic, or hateful material will result in immediate expulsion.
3. Bandwidth Respect: Large personal downloads (movies, large software packs) are restricted to prevent slowing down the network for others.

(iii). Hardware & Workspace Care

1. Zero-Tolerance for Food/Drink: No liquids or food items are allowed near computer workstations to prevent accidental damage.
2. Peripheral Care: Treat keyboards, mice, and monitors with care. Do not bang on keys or touch monitor screens with pens or fingers.
3. Clean Desk Policy: Before leaving, log off your account, push in your chair, and clear your desk of any trash.

(iv). Security & Privacy

1. Account Privacy: Never share your login credentials with other students.
2. Data Responsibility: The lab undergoes periodic system resets. Always back up your projects to GitHub for code or Google Drive for documents.
3. Illegal Activities: Using lab resources for hacking, phishing, or identity theft is a criminal offense and will be reported to authorities under the Information Technology Act.

(v) Lab Etiquette

1. Silence is Golden: Use headphones for audio-based lessons and keep conversations to a whisper.
2. Respect Equipment: Do not swap cables, mice, or keyboards between workstations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Orayan Softwares provides training "as is." We do not guarantee that:

1. Every student will achieve a specific career outcome or salary.
2. Our website or software will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.
3. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the student.

6. Third-Party Software

Courses may require the use of third-party software (e.g., Oracle,Tally Prime, Microsoft Office). Students must comply with the end-user license agreements (EULA) of those specific providers.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bharatpur(Raj).
